Camps & Clinics

Focuses on advanced dribbling and the latest offensive moves off the dribble; such as the eurostep, step back jump shot, and floaters. We will also help participants compete at a higher level by improving their strength and speed. Participants will perform high explosion movements using resistance bungies, plyoboxes, TRX's and other unnique equipment which help target fast twitch muscle fibers.
